Webs By Sara offers custom unique designs for each and every client at a very affordable price. I am a full service web design business. I will design and maintain your content as updates are requested. If you have any further questions or concerns or would like a detailed quote of services not listed here, or if your web site would require more features than outlined in our basic design package, please don't hesitate to contact sara@websbysara.com. Package details listed below include the use of my preferred web hosting and domain name registrar company. I will obtain and secure your hosting and domain name registration for a period of one year, unless the client requests a longer term up front. If you have your hosting and domain name provider already chosen please ask for a quote for your design needs. It is the client's responsibility to read the designer/client agreement.

Payment Policies:
Webs By Sara gladly accepts payments for packages or maintainence fees billed via paypal. I also
accept personal checks and money orders. Credit Card payments are accepted via paypal. Paypal ID is sara@websbysara.com
Maintainence, Updates, and Other Rates:
Once the project is completed there are no further charges or monthly maintainence fees required, other than
the renewal service fees for your domain name and hosting service. The client is only billed for services performed.
$5 for minor updates to existing pages. Most updates fall into this category. Billed once the balance due reaches $15.00.
$15 per additional web page designed. Which includes minor image scanning and or editing for each page, up to 10 photos.
$15 per hour for additional photo scanning, editing, enhancing, & graphic art design,
cd copies, favicons, custom backgrounds, website updating or maintainence, digital photography,
web site design assistance, & any other additional services not listed.
Yearly Renewal Hosting and Domain Service Fees * If applicable
Rates are based on the host's current prices and are subject to change if a rate increase occurs.
Web Hosting Entry Space & Domain Name Registration- $75.00
Cancellation Policy
In the event the Client desides to terminate Webs By Sara for web site maintainence a $15.00 Cancellation Fee is charged
to cover neccessary file and account management. The client is provided all account details and information neccessary to
access domain, hosting, and ftp. The current websbysara template design is removed.
If you would like to maintain your design created by Websbysara a $50.00 cancellation fee is required. The client is
provided all account details and information neccessary to
access domain, hosting, and ftp. The design and template is yours to maintain and use as you like.
